ISSE 2022 live!
Our colleagues were at the Spring Seminar - report

Several ETT colleagues and students participated in the 45. ISSE (International Spring Seminar on Electroincs Technlogy) conference at Wien, Austria, between 1-15. May, 2002. This year‘s motto was Electronics Technology Innovations towards Green Electronics.

Traditionally, our Department was represented by several colleagues in the Steering- and the Scientific committees, as well as as section chairs and of course paper authors. This year‘s novelty was a hybrid organized seminar, with live event and a mixed off-and-on-line poster session.

Attila Géczy presented their research of "Novel PLA/Flax Based Biodegradable Printed Circuit Boards" after the keynote speech.

Olivér Krammer introduced their "Image Processing Methods for Detecting Voids in the Solder Joints of Surface Mounted Resistors" in his paper and Poster presentation.

Results of our PhD students:

the biomedical engineering-sensorics topic was represented in the poster session by ladies of the Department:

Alexandra Borók PhD student had a poster presentation of her paper "Investigation of Plasma Etching Rates of a Methacrylate Resin".

Rebeka Kovács MSc student on biomedical engineering has won Excellent Poster Award for Young Scientist for her poster presentation about her paper entitled "Numerical Simulations of Shear Stress in Microfluidic Channel Models".

Shireen Zangana PhD student also have won Excellent Poster Award for Young Scientist for her paper "Determination and Comparison of the SERS Enhancement Factor for Nanocomposite Substrates" and poster presentation.

Ali Gharaibeh had the opportunity to make an oral presentation abput his paper "Electrochemical Migration Investigation on Lead-Free Sn-based Solder Alloys in 3.5 wt.% NaCl Solution".

AWARDS CAN BE SEEN HERE

Congratulations for everybody!
